Unprofessional & Dismissive: My Shocking Rolex Dealer Visit 🚨
I need to share a truly terrible shopping experience I recently had, not just for my own sake, but as a cautionary tale for anyone considering a visit. It was by far the most inappropriate and unprofessional experience I've ever had at a Rolex authorized dealer. I went in to get a watch sized and discuss options for a special occasion watch, fully expecting the Rolex shortage to limit availability. What I didn't expect was to be completely ignored. A sales associate let my son and me stand there, then immediately went to help a couple who came in after us, without a word. When she finally did address me, it was utterly unprofessional, and as soon as we were done, she went straight back to the other couple. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because no one should be treated this way, and I hope by speaking up, future customers can avoid such a disheartening encounter.

Please tell me what happened; I'm here to listen. Customer: I came in to get a watch sized and talk about a special occasion watch. My son and I were completely ignored. Your sales associate went straight to another couple who arrived after us, leaving us standing there. When she finally helped me, it was quick and dismissive, and then she immediately went back to them. CS Rep: That sounds incredibly frustrating and certainly not the service standard we aim for. I sincerely apologize for how you and your son were treated. That is unacceptable. Customer: It was. I understand there's a Rolex shortage, but I still expected to be shown some interest or at least acknowledged properly. CS Rep: You absolutely should have been. I assure you this feedback is taken very seriously. I'd like to investigate this further and see how we can make amends. Would you be open to revisiting the store with a different sales associate who can provide the attentive service you deserve?
